Jiri Hudler’s signing with Dynamo Moscow opposed by NHL

NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly says the league has opposed Jiri Hudler’s signing with Dynamo Moscow, officially communicating its concerns to the International Ice Hockey Federation and the Kontinental Hockey League.
