Jim Balsillie’s bid for Phoenix Coyotes unanimously rejected by NHL board of governors

Canadian businessman Jim Balsillie was unanimously rejected by the National Hockey League’s board of governors in his bid to become an NHL owner at a meeting Wednesday afternoon in Chicago.
