Coyotes re-sign LW Upshall for 1 year (AP)

The Phoenix Coyotes have re-signed left wing Scottie Upshall and goalie Josh Tordjman to one-year contracts. Terms of the deals were not disclosed Wednesday. The 25-year-old Upshall set career highs in goals (15), assists (19), points (34) and games played (74) last season with Philadelphia and Phoenix.
